Requirements

What you will do:

Designing, developing, and implementing machine learning models to solve complex business problems for large enterprises. Collaborating with data scientists to explore, prepare, and engineer high-quality datasets for model training. Developing and maintaining robust AI pipelines for efficient model training, deployment, and monitoring. Analyzing model performance and iterating on algorithms to achieve optimal results. Staying up-to-date on the latest advancements in AI research and translating them into practical solutions for B2B applications.

What you will bring:

3+ years of experience working as an ML Engineer or Data Scientist Significant Python programming experience in relevant open source toolkits like scikit-learn, PyTorch etc Experience developing software that utilizes Large Language Models Experience creating and using advanced machine learning algorithms and statistics: regression, clustering, decision trees, neural networks, etc. Experience in MLOps tools such as MetaFlow, Kubeflow, MLflow, Airflow, etc Experienced with RestAPI python frameworks such as Fast API/Flask Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases such as MongoDB, Postgres, Neo4j, etc Good grasp of software development lifecycles Demonstrated ability to efficiently learn and solve problems in new domains Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Desirable Skills

Bachelor's or master’s or PHD in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or another quantitative field. Understanding of the Retrieval Augmented Generation architecture and ideally deploying solutions leveraging RAG. Experience with LLM fine tuning, and LLM agents Experience profiling and optimising code for optimal CPU/GPU, memory and bandwidth usage. Experience in Machine Learning and Neural Network architectures like Ensemble Models, SVM, CNN, RNN, Transformers, etc. Speaking French would be an advantage, but not essential
