Data Scientist – Boshhh Group | Manchester (Hybrid)

Based in central Manchester, we’ve built a buzzing hybrid setup (4 days in the office, 1 remote) where data, creativity, and collaboration thrive.


We’re looking for a curious, hands-on Data Scientist to lead data-driven projects, build models that drive real decisions, and shape how data powers the business. If you’re passionate about turning complex data into commercial impact – this one’s for you.


What you’ll do:

  • Dig into complex datasets to uncover insights and trends
  • Build and deploy predictive models that support business goals
  • Present clear, impactful findings to senior leaders
  • Work cross-functionally to deliver data projects end-to-end


What you’ll bring:

  • Strong experience with Python or R
  • Proven track record with machine learning and predictive analytics
  • Confidence turning data into decisions – and explaining it simply
  • Commercial mindset and a drive to make data count


Bonus points for:

  • Background in customer engagement, BPO, or fast-paced service industries
  • Degree in a related field (e.g. Data Science, Stats, Computer Science)
