You’ll be central to our mission of optimising customer management and delivering measurable commercial value.

• Build and refine large datasets to support model development.
• Design and implement machine learning models aligned to key business metrics.
• Uncover trends and patterns in customer data to deliver actionable insights.
• Collaborate with data engineers to build efficient data pipelines.
• Drive model optimisation through experimentation and stakeholder feedback.
• Create a centralised feature store to democratise AI and ML capabilities.
• Act as a subject matter expert in machine learning and AI across the business.
• Own end‑to‑end data science workflows — from dataset creation to model deployment.

• A suite of models that deliver measurable commercial benefits.
• A fully functioning feature store supporting scalable machine learning across teams.
• Improved business metrics including acquisition, retention, churn, and debt.
• Clear demonstration of model accuracy and relevance to business challenges.
• Streamlined data science pipelines and impactful stakeholder insight packs.

• Proven experience in building and implementing data science models.
• Strong Python and SQL skills, with a solid grasp of machine learning techniques.
• Ability to visualise data and communicate insights to senior stakeholders.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and a passion for continuous improvement.

• Experience with dashboarding tools to monitor model performance.
• Strong grasp of statistics, hypothesis testing, and experimental design.
• Excellent communication skills and a problem‑solving mindset.
