We’re partnering with a leading organisation currently undergoing a major digital and data transformation. You’ll be joining a tight-knit, high-calibre data team that’s driving smarter decision-making across business-critical functions like HR, Finance, and Procurement.

What You’ll Do
Work closely with non-technical teams to understand business challenges — and translate them into data-driven solutions.
Build slick, powerful dashboards and tools using

Power BI .
Dive into structured and unstructured datasets to derive actionable insights.
Develop models and automation workflows to improve operational efficiency.
Contribute to a growing data culture and help non-data people get excited about what’s possible.

What You Bring
A

Master’s degree

in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Applied Mathematics, Engineering, etc.).
2+ years of commercial data science or analytics experience

(post-study).
Proficiency in

Python

(pandas, numpy) and

SQL .
Strong experience building dashboards using

Power BI .
Great communication skills — you enjoy explaining complex things in simple terms.
A natural curiosity and desire to

experiment, learn, and grow .
Bonus: experience working with teams in

HR ,

finance , or

operations .
