Role Overview
We’re hiring a

Data Scientist

to lead the development of vision and data-processing pipelines for our next-gen robotic systems. You’ll design and prototype image-processing algorithms and machine-learning models, with direct influence over product performance and autonomy.

This is a hands-on, applied role where you will bridge data science, AI, and robotics—taking ideas from prototype to field-tested implementation.

Key Responsibilities
Develop image-processing & image analysis pipelines: registration, segmentation, classification, object tracking
Build, train, and evaluate deep learning models (e.g. CNNs, YOLO)
Design data-driven solutions to robotic vision and inspection problems
Prototype solutions in

Python and/or MATLAB , moving quickly from idea to evaluation
Collaborate closely with hardware, software, and deployment teams to ensure field viability
Perform statistical and numerical analysis to evaluate system performance and sensor data

Required Skills & Experience
Proficiency in

Python

and/or

MATLAB
Minimum of 3 years hands-on experience in developing image processing algorithms: segmentation, classification, object detection and other image analysis applications
Familiarity with

machine learning and neural networks

(YOLO, CNNs, etc.)
Experience using

TensorFlow, PyTorch , or similar frameworks
Understanding of

image-processing pipeline design ,

numerical methods , and

statistics
Strong problem-solving ability, able to move from analysis to prototype quickly

Desirable Experience
Experience with

TensorRT ,

Nvidia Deepstream , or other deployment frameworks
Background in

neural network design

or edge inference
Programming in

C/C++

and

CUDA
Realtime or embedded vision applications
