The role They are really excited to announce that they are recruiting for a Data Scientist to leverage data analytics, drive insights and improve the quality and efficiency of their housing services! The successful candidate will work closely with various stakeholders to extract, analyse and interpret complex data sets to inform decision-making and policy development. Reporting to the Insights Manager, you will present complex data using dashboards, visualisations and reports, ensuring accessibility to non-technical stakeholders. You will analyse the effectiveness of housing initiatives, schemes, and operational processes, offering recommendations for performance improvement. About you They are looking for a Data Scientist with a good understanding of the social housing sector. You will have extensive experience of SQL along with experience working with large databases and data warehouses. Youll be proficient in Python, R, or other relevant programming languages and have Experience with machine learning libraries and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, PyTorch). With a background in data mining and pattern recognition youll be an expert in statistical modelling, predictive analytics and regression techniques. An industry certification in data science or a related field is required.
