Data Scientist – London (Can be fully remote or office based) – Competitive package

I am delighted to be supporting an oncology-focused biotechnology company that are looking to recruit a Data Scientist to join the team.

This is a senior position where they need someone extremely well versed in the analysis of complex pre-clinical and clinical data sets.

To make candidates aware, this is an initial 12 month Fixed Term Contract, with a strong chance of being made permanent at the end of this period.

This role will offer you:

You will be responsible for:

• Analysis of complex pre-clinical and clinical data sets (Eg. Genomics).
• Helping to shape clinical development strategies and trial designs by evaluating internal and external clinical and pre-clinical data.
• Presentation of data results and implementation of any follow up plans that need to take place.

You will bring the following:

• Well versed and hands on experience of analysing clinical trial data (in the field of oncology would be advantageous).
• Proven experience in bioinformatics and biostatistical analysis of biological datasets, along with strong skills in scripting and programming.
• Ability to hit the ground running, this is a senior role within the team where they need someone who is happy to take initiative.
