About the role
As part of this team you will be responsible for leading and developing a range of projects and deliverables including; audience insight through pen portrait and persona creation, new proposition development, pitching for new business, KPI and reporting dashboard creation and delivery.


The candidate must have proven experience in client management, understanding of the use of data to improve marketing communications and business performance, problem solving, be able to work on multiple projects across the same timeframe, managing virtual project teams and delivering to client briefs and budgets.


Key responsibilities

Lead the creation of compelling, insight-driven outputs that effectively communicate findings to stakeholders and potential clients.


Translate complex data and analysis into clear, engaging storytelling that supports strategic decision-making and enhances marketing communications.
Manage and nurture client relationships and become a trusted advisor that understands their needs and provides tailored solutions.
Collaborate with different teams and subject matter experts around the business to achieve project outcomes.
Contribute and run new business pitches with a compelling story, insight-led visuals and relevant recommendations.
Mentor and support junior team members, providing guidance on best practices in data visualisation, insight communication, and client engagement.
Ensure high standards of accuracy, design and analytical rigour in all deliverables, constantly looking for ways to improve and innovate.

Your skills and abilities


Must haves

Strong presentation skills and the ability to create visually engaging presentations


Proven experience of presenting to senior stakeholders
Advanced usage of Microsoft PowerPoint
Good inter-personal skills and the ability to communicate technical results to non-technical individuals
Proven experience of turning data and analysis into actionable insight
Excellent visual skills, including demonstrable design knowledge, such as layout, colour and design
The ability to work with large amounts of information and see the ‘bigger picture’
Proven experience in presenting reports and creating structured recommendations
Demonstrable experience of using data to drive marketing or business decision making to improve commercial performance Structured, analytical approach to problem-solving and a high attention to detail

Desirable

Strong analytical and numerical ability – able to analyse and interpret data, evaluate data and make recommendations based on data and market trends


Good/ Advanced usage of Excel
Proficient and demonstrable experience in building dashboards in a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau
