Data Research Analyst – Southampton – £32,000 - £45,000

VIQU have partnered with a fast growing SaaS and data analytics company who are looking to expand their current team and hire a data researcher / data analyst. The ideal candidate will ideally come from a STEM background, holding experience with data analysis.

This position requires you to be on site twice a week in their high tech Southampton office. You will be joining a team of high achievers, working within a rapidly emerging industry with exposure to a range of technologies.

Job duties of the Data Research Analyst:

-          Run and develop simulations and experiments.

-          Utilising a range of data analysis techniques.

-          Ensuring validity of data.

-          Managing end to end research projects, using scientific processes.

-          Staying up to date with relevant research within the industry.

Requirements for the Data Research Analyst:

-          Must hold a STEM degree or equivalent experience within a similar role.

-          Strong understanding of data manipulation, analysis and processing.

-          Previous experience assessing data quality and utilising data for research.

-          Must have a desire to learn new data and research processes.
