Industry-leading parental, adoption and neonatal policies, providing support and flexibility for your family Access to a fantastic range of wellbeing support for all colleagues including access to our 24/7 Virtual GP and PAM Assist to support you and your family A charity volunteer day to support a charity or cause you're passionate about through a dedicated day away from work What you’ll do Your key accountabilities will include Extracting, refining, and preparing large datasets for analysis using SQL and advanced data tools and techniques Driving visibility and process improvement through building visualisations and dashboards that translate raw data into practical insight, metrics and recommendations using creative practices and user-friendly solutions such as PowerBI Autonomously working with partners on collating, delivering and actioning business requirements in the project space and data analytics space Working independently on analytics and reporting tasks and projects from scoping to delivery, ensuring robustness and sustainability of the data solution Proactively identifying data and process improvement opportunities, evaluating various initiatives through data-driven approaches, and supporting long-term strategies Who you are Your skills and experience will include Hands on experience with sophisticated Big Data sets, proficient in SQL reporting and visualisation building Experience using Advanced visualisation tools such as PowerBI or other software Previous exposure to datasets within the retail or supply chain sector and experience in fundamentals of statistics and business measures Clear and concise communication style, the ability to simplify and explain complicated concepts and story-tell with data and crafting high-quality presentations that effectively articulate sophisticated concepts to non-technical partners Everyone’s welcome We are ambitious about the future of retail.
