About the role

Are you in search of fresh insights in data? Data is one of PCH's many assets and we are responsible for making sure we have high-quality data that enables our business to make informed decisions and supports us to deliver the best services for customers.

We have an ambitious data strategy which sets out how we will assess and manage our data through a new data governance framework, and we need someone who can influence colleagues at all levels and drive this forward.

We're recruiting 4 Data Quality Analysts on a temporary basis for up to 2 years. As a Data Analyst you will support our Data Governance Manager in implementing a data governance framework which includes mapping data lifecycles, documenting how data is used, leading on data quality assessments and delivering a programme of data cleansing activity.

Our ideal candidate for this role is someone who:

  • Can build strong relationships with operational and strategic teams in order to embed the data governance framework
  • Has a passion for data governance, and a very sharp eye for detail.
  • Uses their coaching and mentoring skills to develop others' knowledge in the data governance arena.
  • Has a creative and analytical mind that can drive us to become a data-enabled organisation.
