We have partnered with a challenger bank based in Chester who specialise in providing SME’s in the Agricultural sector with specialised finance solutions who are looking for a Data Quality Analyst to join their data team who will focus on data quality and integrity.


Role and responsibilities


  • Being an ambassador for data quality across the business, building relationships and educating teams on the importance of data quality
  • Identifying data quality issues and providing solutions
  • Monitoring data quality
  • Working with dept heads to improve overall data quality
  • Managing the needs of internal stakeholders and customer needs
  • Driving data accuracy initiatives
  • Implement data quality strategy and framework
  • Build and maintain relationships with process owners to assist with continuous improvement of data quality
  • Assist with projects and new products toad input from a data perspective


Essential skills

  • Deep understanding of data quality and data governance
  • Understanding of customer data sets and their use for reporting by internal teams
  • Excellent communicator (technical and non technical)and stakeholder management
  • Demonstrable experience in a similar role
  • Driven data quality initiatives and projects
  • Understanding of data architecture, data sets and data lakes
  • Strong Excel and reporting skills


This role will offer hybrid working
