Position: Data Platform Architect

Role – We are looking for an experienced Data Platform Architect with strong Azure experience to design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance data solutions for one of our leading consulting partner.

Key Responsibilities
• Design and architect end-to-end data platforms using Azure cloud services.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines, data lakes, and data warehouses using Azure Data Services (Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Databricks, etc.).
• Define and implement data governance, security, and compliance best practices.
• Work closely with data engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders to align data solutions with business goals.
• Optimize data storage, processing, and analytics to enhance performance and cost efficiency.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the engineering team.

Key Skills
• 6+ years of experience in Azure data architecture.
• Proven expertise in Azure Data Services (Azure SQL, Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, Azure Databricks, etc.).
• Strong understanding of big data technologies, ETL processes, and data modelling.
• Experience with data governance, security, and compliance frameworks.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, or Scala.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD, DevOps, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) in Azure.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate technical concepts effectively
• Consulting background.
• Strong communication skills (oral & written)
• Rights to work in the UK is must (No Sponsorship available)
