Salary Range:£40,000 - 50,000 per annum DOE + red-hot benefits

Our TeamCustomer Interaction Management (CIM) operate across the Virgin Money Group to deliver accurate, robust and well controlled customer communication selections ensuring customers receive personalised communications in a timely and relevant manner.
We work across multiple product areas and technical platforms delivering customer selections and journeys making sure we deliver a great customer experience and engagement.
What you'll be doing
- Identify and support the opportunity for increased personalised customer communication which are delivered in a timely, relevant and impactful manner across the appropriate channels.
- Undertaking complex campaign selections with an eye for detail to ensure they are completed robustly and promptly
- Coaching and development of others across the team.
- Leading and representing the team on a number of projects and campaigns with a varied stakeholder network across multiple business units.
- Deputising for the Senior Customer Interaction Manager as required.
- Designing data and processes used strategically for campaign management purposes when optimising campaigns and customer contacts.
- Supporting adoption of collaboration tools across the function such as JIRA / Confluence / GitHub.
- Ensuring that all activities are performed in line with the appropriate policies, standards and risk framework.
We need you to have
- Experience in use of SAS / SQL or other database languages.
- Experience in the use of big data tools and techniques (ie Python / R).
- Knowledge and understanding of database design, development and operation.
- Experience in managing an operational customer selection capability.
- Effective in communicating with and influencing key stakeholders.
It's a bonus if you have but not essential
- Experience in campaign management platforms such as Pega Customer Decision Hub and Adobe Campaign
- Awareness of good practice in project management
- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure
