A brilliant opportunity for a talented Graduate with legal knowledge/experience, to work as a Legal Data Entry Specialist, joining a market-leading disruptive software technology firm in London. Offering excellent training, career progression and prospects, this is a unique opportunity to work for a rapidly expanding machine learning software house. This opportunity involves inputting information, utilising your incredible attention to detail, to help code-up syntax in Word documents.Location: Central London– 3 days in office / 2 days remoteSalary: Circa £30,000 + healthcare, pension etc.Requirements for Graduate Legal Data Entry Analyst * Degree educated, ideally with a 2.1 or 1st class law degree * At least ABB at A Level or equivalent UCAS points * Legal knowledge or experience - i.e. understanding of legal terminology * Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word * You have outstanding attention to detail * You have incredible focus and can work with efficiency and speed * Exceptional written communication skills with fluent spoken and written English * Must be available to start in early 2025 so may not be suitable to those who haven't yet graduated.Responsibilities for Graduate Legal Data Entry Analyst * Accurately and efficiently input data using Microsoft Word * Collaborate with internal teams and clients to collect relevant information and requirements for document creation. * Reviewing and proofreading the templates to ensure accuracy and completeness, making necessary adjustments based on feedback and revisions. * Maintaining organised records of template requestsWhat this offers * Working for an industry-leading software company who have a fantastic track record of successfully hiring and training graduates * An exciting opportunity supporting projects on a machine learning platform * A good remuneration and benefits packageApplications * If you meet the above criteria we would love to hear from you.
