The Role As part of the role you will: Manage DE teams to deliver data solutions for clients Lead in architecting data landscapes that to reflect data strategies Understand and translate end-user requirements into designs and delivery plans for effective data solutions Design, develop, execute, frameworks for managing the build of pipelines using cloud technologies Manage teams in supporting technical implementations and resolve data quality issues within given SLAs Manage the development of best practice within the Data Engineering practice Take a lead role in mentoring and developing others in the team and inspire them through commitment and enthusiasm Work with Azure team leads to ensure best practice implementations Build an inclusive team culture focusing on service excellence and exceptional performance Manage the development and maintenance of T&Ts documentation and processes
