I'm working exclusively with a small but impressive company to help source a talented Data Engineering Lead to lead their data strategy across their Europe-wide business.

They describe this role as a proactive business partner and data visionary who designs solutions to support the Group's strategic and operational goals.
Key skills required

Ideally, leadership experience in a smaller data team and/or business
Expert in T-SQL, proficiency in query optimisation
Dimensional models  
Designing, building and maintaining data warehouses
Expert in ETL and tooling, especially Azure Data Factory
On-prem and cloud data architecture (ideally Azure)
Creating Power BI Dashboards
DAX and, in particular, time intelligence functions
Computer Science degree or equivalent On offer is up to £75k base, plus bonuses, generous pension, private medical cover, 28 days holiday plus loads more benefits.

It's a hybrid role, 4 days/week in state-of-the-art, modern offices in Vauxhall and 1 day/week at home.
