CDS, a Hewlett Packard Enterprise company is a wholly owned subsidiary of Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) , providing field service capabilities to Hewlett Packard Enterprise customers as well delivering the difference in business oriented services, such as development, support and maintenance of applications, virtualisation, automation, cloud and infrastructure administration.

We are looking for an experienced Data Centre Support Engineer, the role will primarily involve providing Server hardware support across a multi-vendor environment, Hardware consists of HPE Servers, Dell servers and provide Data Centre cabling activities installation, termination, patching and testing of all DC interlink cabling ( i.The role also includes the Data Centre Facilities management activities such as but not limited to IMAC\D (Install, Move And Change, decommissioning) work, escorting external resources, requesting access, goods in/out.

Based on customer sites in Lewisham and London Docklands covering 24/7 365 based on 12hr shifts.


Installations, maintenance, and repairs on customer equipment.
Installation, termination and testing of all data centre interlink cabling ( i.Strong Customer relationship building skills. Must have strong knowledge of HPE Proliant & Dell Servers.
Experience of patch cabling in DC environment.
Good knowledge of Service Now (SNOW)
Good MS Office tool skills
