paid 8–10 week cross-training programme

Data Engineering , followed by a

2-year full-time placement

What You’ll Need:
This programme is ideal for individuals with a technical background and exposure to development, particularly in Python or Java.
Essential Requirements:
Exposure to

Python

or

Java

development (tech test required during recruitment)
Experience with

object-oriented programming

(C#, JavaScript, etc. also considered)
Knowledge of or exposure to

Agile environments
DevOps

understanding or experience
Working knowledge of

Linux

systems
Understanding of

data modelling ,

data warehousing , data archiving, and dashboard creation
Familiarity with

databases

such as Oracle, MongoDB, SQL, or other RDBMS
Exposure to

BI tools

like

Tableau
Awareness or knowledge of

Apache Kafka
