My client is a global technology business, looking to hire aData Engineerto provide technical expertise within the specialism of Data and Analytics, analysing, designing and delivering data solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Design and development of data indigestion solutions from multiple sources, storing in organised and secure environments. Ensuring data is available, accessible and solutions are scalable
• Provide expertise to interpret requirements and solution design to create, maintain, build and deploy effective data solutions
• Contribute to the design and own the delivery of data solutions
• Responsible for well tested, reliable and secure software development
• Contribute to and advocate best practice development standards

Key experience/Skills

• Expertise within data engineering including but not exclusive to: data analysis, data modelling, data ingestion, data transformation, ETL/ELT, data management, data quality, data warehouse design, management of big data. Expertise across one or many data and analytics frameworks
• Ability to build and maintain good working relationships with all customers, project and client stakeholders
• GCP/AWS, SQL, Python
