Job Title: Data Analytics Engineer/Power BI Developer

Location: Central London, Hybrid

Salary: £70,000 - £80,000 + 15% Bonus + 10% Pension + Excellent Benefits

What You’ll Do:

• Leverage data to uncover insights that shape our insurance business.
• Design, develop, and optimize Power BI dashboards, reports, and metrics.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to gather requirements and implement impactful BI solutions.
• Lead data modelling initiatives to ensure robust, scalable data structures.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve data quality issues within our BI environment.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proficiency in Power BI development, including DAX and M-language.
• Experience with SQL and strong data modelling skills.
• Familiarity with insurance industry data and its applications.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Passion for enabling data-driven decisions through analysis and visualization.
