Hello, we’re LeadSense - a fully remote lead generation agency with 18 team members across 8 countries. We build, optimise, and scale lead generation campaigns which introduce prospective customers to ambitious companies.


The Role


We're seeking a talented Data-Driven Performance Analyst to join our team part-time. You'll play a crucial role in driving data-driven decision-making and optimising our marketing strategies.


Key Responsibilities:


Data Analysis & Insights

  • Analyse client feedback to identify patterns and trends in lead quality.
  • Use advanced techniques to uncover actionable insights and inform data-driven decisions.
  • Prepare reports and presentations to effectively communicate findings.


Performance Optimisation

  • Provide recommendations to improve targeting, creative strategies, and overall campaign performance.
  • Optimise lead routing and filtering to enhance client satisfaction and revenue.
  • Track the impact of changes, measuring improvements in lead quality and outcomes.


Data Strategy & Tracking

  • Oversee data collection processes, ensuring comprehensive and accurate tracking.
  • Identify new data points for deeper insights and improved decision-making.
  • Collaborate with marketing to refine website user experience and boost lead form conversions.


Marketing Analytics

  • Monitor user behaviour on websites, identifying opportunities to improve engagement.
  • Support lead form optimisation efforts to balance conversion rates with lead quality.
  • Analyse links between user experience and lead outcomes to drive continuous improvement.


Required Skills:


  • Advanced Analysis: Skilled in statistical analysis, data mining, and machine learning.
  • Data Visualisation: Proficient with Tableau, Power BI, or Python (Matplotlib, Seaborn).
  • Digital Marketing Knowledge: Understanding of PPC, SEO, social media, and related metrics.
  • Web Analytics: Experienced in Google Analytics and similar tools.
  • Analytical Thinking: Critical problem-solver with the ability to identify patterns in complex data.
  • Communication: Skilled at presenting insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Detail-Oriented: Ensures accuracy and consistency in data analysis.
  • Collaboration: Effective team player across functions like marketing and tech.
  • Adaptable: Flexible in response to evolving business needs and technologies.
