By integrating cutting-edge technology, Siemens improves the efficiency and safety of rail networks, ensuring reliable and secure transportation solutions. As an intern in the Fleet Performance Team, you'll work directly with data from the Class 444 and 450 Desiro Classic fleets. You'll collaborate with the team to collect, clean, and analyse performance data, using Power BI to create dashboards that track key performance indicators (KPIs). Your responsibilities will include identifying trends, detecting anomalies, and uncovering opportunities for improvement. Additionally, you'll help prepare reports and presentations to communicate insights to key stakeholders and assist with ad hoc analyses to support fleet optimisation. By participating in team discussions, you'll contribute to efforts to enhance fleet performance and reliability, gaining practical, industry-relevant experience. Collaborate with the performance team to collect, clean, and analyse data from the Class 444 and 450 fleets. Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement within fleet performance data. Assist in the creation of reports and presentations to communicate insights to stakeholders. Support the team in ad hoc analysis and data-related tasks to optimize fleet efficiency and reliability. Participate in team meetings and contribute to performance improvement discussions.
