To be considered for the role, you’ll require the following essentials:

IT/Data Analytics Qualification, with expertise in data analytics and a strong track record
The ability to identify trends and translate complex data into clear business insights
Strong knowledge of Power BI, SQL, Python, and data visualisation systems
Ability to present data-driven insights in an engaging and easy-to-understand way
Attention to Detail, A keen eye for accuracy and precision in data reporting.
A self-motivated attitude, with the ability to tackle challenges head-on
Within this position, you’ll also be:

Assess workload volumes, using CRM data and trends
Build statistical models to predict workload and volumes, using Salesforce, Power BI, and SQL
Working closely with service teams and leadership to refine reporting frameworks, ensuring data-driven decision-making
Identify performance Improvement, risks and opportunities using data insights, helping drive continuous improvement in resource planning and efficiency
Manage and support a team of data analysts, fostering a culture of best practices in data management
Salary and Working Hours:

£38,000 - £39,000 per annum plus bonus
Monday to Friday
25 days holiday plus Banks
Excellent Pension
