In this practice you will be utilizing the most innovative technological solutions in modern data ecosystem.  In this role you’ll be able to see your own ideas transform into breakthrough results in the areas of Data & Analytics strategy, Management & Governance, Data Integration & engineering, Analytics & Data science. 

About your role

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in solution architecture, designing enterprise solutions with a strong understanding of enterprise architecture, software development, and cloud technologies. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with clients and cross-functional teams.

Requirements

·       Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather requirements and lead the design and architecture of comprehensive software solutions to meet those requirements.

·       Evaluate the client’s estate, diagnose underlying issues, and propose potential solutions.

·       Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams and implement development best practices

·       Design and implement integration strategies with various systems and technologies.

·       Keep up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies and use this knowledge to drive innovation..

·       Create and maintain architectural documentation, including design patterns, standards, and guidelines.

·       Have a broad business skill set including stakeholder management, problem-solving, and resilience

·       Are confident communicating technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

·       Have excellent interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communication skills

·       Are willing to travel for project-related work.

Qualifications:

·       Proven experience as a Solution Architect, with 3-8 years of experience in software development and architecture.

·       Experience designing solutions in at least one of the cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, GCP).

·       Experience in designing solutions using Microservices frameworks

·       Experience in at least one of the database technologies (SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Snowflake).

·       Strong Proficiency in at least one of the programming language (Java, C#, Python, Node.js).

·       Hands-on experience in at least one of the development frameworks (.NET, Spring, Node.js, React, Django, Next.js).

·       Strong knowledge of CI/CD in at least one of the Dev Ops solutions (Azure DevOps, GitHub, Jenkins, Bitbucket, AWS Codepipelines, CircleCI, Harness)

·       Strong knowledge of the following container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)

·       Strong knowledge of software development methodologies, tools, and frameworks, particularly Agile

·       Good knowledge of log management, monitoring, and analytics solutions like Splunk, Elastic Stack, New Relic etc

. Good Knowledge of Machine learning and Gen AI techniques

. Knowledge in at least one of the cloud based AI infrastructure (AWS SageMaker, GCP AI Platform, Azure ML)
