We are looking to recruit a Data Analyst / System Configuration Coordinator on a 12 month contract based in Oxford

On Offer:

Competitive hourly pay rate Outside IR35, highly likely so engagement via a Ltd Co.is permitted Hybrid working - 3 days in the office, 2 days from home

Role Overview
The purpose of the role is to provide support in delivering KBR’s allocated Service Packages, released as part of the NWS Major Capital Programme for the Geological Disposal Facility. This role will require the Data Analyst to work in an agile environment, delivering the work both remotely, working from home and face to face engagements, meetings, and workshops at our Clients office in Oxfordshire.

Core ResponsibilitiesConfigure activities of Atamis system as needed to support the Programme Deliver of end user training Provide guidance and support to maintain the use of Atamis best practices across all users Develop record management processes and policies Develop and maintaining automated processes Monitor, validate and sanitise data Work with the Clients Contracts and Commercial team to maintain the quality of the data Analyse and interpret the Clients data sets Develop / maintain reporting dashboards.
Skills / ExperienceAtamis/ Salesforce administration or experience of similar systems. Hands on experience in the customisation of objects, fields, formulae, flows, approval processes and end user solutions. Working experience as a Data Analyst or Business Data Analyst. Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques. Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analysing datasets. Proven experience of Contract Management/Procurement Supply Chain experience, within a Major Project. Ability to solve problems creatively. Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with appropriate level of detail. Strong interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
BS or equivalent in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management or Statistics.
