About The Role

Reporting to the SalesOps Lead, the Data Analyst, SalesOps will play a key role on the SalesOps team. In this new role, the Data Analyst will be contributing to SalesOps success by being responsible for ensuring data quality, inputting to data strategy, and for maintaining and standardizing reporting.


What You’ll Do

Work with the SalesOps Lead on initiatives to maintain and improve sales data quality and availability in systems across the business including:



  • Undertake analysis to identify anomalies within data and work to maintain data quality
  • Ensure data availability across core verticals in target geographies through data builds
  • Define, collect, analyse, interpret and visualise/present data to be used to support decision making
  • Ensure that company data is recorded accurately and is correct
  • Help ensure frictionless Sales data processes
  • Support on various SalesOps initiatives

About You

Who You Are:



  • Recent graduate or 1-2 years of similar experience
  • Experience using Salesforce
  • Demonstrate Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets skills (particularly vlookup, pivot tables etc)
  • Detail-oriented and capable of delivering a high level of accuracy
  • Strong critical thinker, analytical, with complex problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple departments and geographically distributed teams in highly collaborative environments
  • Highly motivated “do-er” with a strong sense of collaboration, ownership, urgency and drive
  • Excellent time-management skills with an ability to effectively prioritize tasks
  • Excellent interpersonal skills along with strong verbal and written communication skills

Extra Credit

  • Passion for data and business intelligence
  • Prior experience in sales or business development
  • Knowledge in the fashion, luxury or beauty industry
