We're seeking a data-focused and detail-driven Data Analyst to join our Retail Operations Team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong understanding of how retail operates, to play a key role in enhancing our reporting processes, driving consistency across documentation, and delivering insights that support smarter business decisions.

You’ll be instrumental in providing accurate reporting and analysis that helps the business understand store performance, efficiency, and operational effectiveness. This position is office-based, 5 days a week in Speke, Liverpool.

Responsibilities
  • Collecting and managing data to produce regular reports, dashboards, and visualisations to highlight trends, risks, opportunities.
  • Produce reports and presentations using complex data and display them in basic form.
  • Recommend corrective action, when necessary, based on acquired knowledge and observation.
  • Be proficient with presentation making in a creative way and be able to use your creative side to facilitate business essential reporting.
  • Helping shape and refine reporting tools and processes, driving accurate and timely information for leadership review.
Qualifications
  • Retail experience and a strong understanding of store operations and the retail environment.
  • Advanced Microsoft Power BI skills, with the ability to build reports and create engaging visual dashboards.
  • Proficiency in Powerpoint, capable of producing polished presentations and compelling visuals.
  • Excellent analytical abilities, with a track record of generating actionable insights and presenting findings to senior stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, enabling you to work effectively across all levels of the business.
