The Role

As a Data Analyst, you’ll play a key role in turning complex data into clear insights that drive smarter decisions across the business. You’ll be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data, building and maintaining dashboards in Tableau, and delivering analysis that highlights performance, opportunities, and risks. This is a hands-on role where you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams - from Engineering to Commercial - to make sure stakeholders have the right data, at the right time, in the right format to make confident decisions.

How to make an impact

  • Provide accurate, timely reports to support departmental decision-making.
  • Support analysis of operational performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Monitor data quality across organizational systems and produce regular reports to identify and resolve issues.
  • Build and maintain client-facing dashboards and portals in Tableau for effective data visualization.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to understand their processes and define reporting requirements.
  • Proactively maintain data pipelines to ensure there are no disruptions to reporting

Your background

  • A Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics or another quantitative field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 2+ years experience in an analytics role, preferably in e-commerce or online marketplace.
  • Experience in using Tableau, SQL and advanced Excel skills.
  • Excellent communications skills.
  • Comfortable in a small, fast-paced environment.

Ideally you will have

  • Experience delivering end to end insights, from scoping requirements to creating an analysis and presenting the results to stakeholders
  • Experience using data to solve real business problems
  • Knowledge of the ETL (Extract, Transform & Load) framework
  • This role is based hybrid in London, UK.
