Why we need you

At 15M, we are continually pushing boundaries and evolving to stay ahead of the competition by becoming increasingly data-driven. As a Senior Data Analyst, you will play a key role in driving business growth by analysing complex datasets, identifying emerging trends, and delivering actionable insights specific to the iGaming industry. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements, design and implement advanced data visualisations, and provide data-driven recommendations to guide strategic decision-making. You will help optimise user experience, improve customer retention, and enhance overall performance across the wider team. As a self-starter, you will have the ability to set and achieve goals independently, take initiative, and lead analytical projects that have a measurable impact on the business.

What you’ll be doing

  1. Data Analysis:Leverage advanced data analysis techniques to analyse large, complex datasets, identifying key patterns, trends, and correlations that drive business decisions.
  2. Data Visualization:Design and develop sophisticated, interactive dashboards, reports, and visualisations to effectively communicate insights to key stakeholders.
  3. Business Acumen:Partner with cross-functional teams to understand 15 Marketing’s objectives, goals, and challenges, translating data into actionable insights and data-driven recommendations that support strategic initiatives.
  4. Technical Skills:Utilise programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data, and work with data visualisation tools like Tableau, Power BI, or QuickSight to create impactful reporting solutions.
  5. Communication:Present complex data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences, ensuring clarity and actionable understanding of findings and strategic recommendations.
  6. Project Management:Lead and manage multiple analytical projects, effectively prioritising tasks, collaborating with teams, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality results within tight deadlines.
  7. Stakeholder Management:Serve as a liaison between technical teams and business units, translating data insights into actionable strategies to support department visions.
  8. Mentoring:Conduct regular training sessions to help less experienced team members enhance technical skills, such as data modeling, coding, and leveraging analytics tools.

Essential skills you’ll bring to the table

  1. Education:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  2. Data Engineering Skill:Experience in designing and implementing data pipelines, architectures, and workflows to support large-scale data processing and analysis.
  3. Data Modelling Skills:Proficiency in modelling structured and unstructured datasets: Kimball data modelling preferred.
  4. Communication:Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to present complex data insights to diverse audiences.
  5. Cloud Computing:Experience with cloud-based data platforms: Amazon Web Services (AWS) preferred.
  6. Technical:Experience on data wrangling; experience with data warehousing and ETL processes; experience coding in Python using Jupyter Notebook;
  7. Linear regression/ Machine learning
  8. AB testing
  9. Correlation and inference
  10. Pattern identification

Desirable skills you’ve got up your sleeve

  1. Certifications:Certified Data Scientist (CDS) or Certified Analytics Professional (CAP) certifications.
  2. Industry Knowledge:Familiarity with the iGaming industry.
