Job Title: Data Analyst - initially 6 month contract
Location: Coalville (Hybrid: Office-based Monday to Wednesday, Remote Thursday and Friday)
Salary: £26,000 + Bonus Scheme

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Analyst / Data Entry professional to help maintain our master data file and support the team in ensuring the accuracy of key information. Key Responsibilities:

Data Management: Perform bulk uploads and manual data entry to maintain an accurate and up-to-date master file of suppliers and subcontractors.
Data Validation: Conduct thorough checks on submitted data, ensuring proper approvals and verification are completed. Liaise with third-party suppliers and subcontractors to resolve discrepancies.
Collaboration: Work closely with team members to share and manage the workload in a supportive manner.
Process Improvement: Help streamline processes for data entry and subcontractor management, adhering to internal policies.
Quality Control: Ensure all data is entered accurately and within set deadlines.
Reporting: Provide ad hoc reports and analysis as required.
Team Support: Offer backup support for team members during periods of absence.What We're Looking For:

Excellent attention to detail and an ability to challenge data inaccuracies.
Strong organizational and communication skills, especially when liaising with external suppliers and stakeholders.
IT proficient, with solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc.).
