£33,500 salary, £2,000 welcome bonus, £550 Flex allowance plus up to 10% bonus and benefits.

What is the role?

Working as a Data Analyst Graduate spending you first Year in Operations and second Year in Commercial. Supporting strategic decision making for all areas using data insights across commercial and operations projects across a variety of departments such as Airspace, Operations Planning and Retail.


Key responsibilities

  • Undertaking assessment involving data collection, data interpretation and data validation to enhance decision making
  • Data Analysis to identify trends, patterns and anomalies with delivery of, forecasts and reports
  • Data Visualisation & Reporting. Actively develop new models and processes to support decision making
  • Support the implementation and delivery of continuous improvement initiatives and capital projects to drive productivity and efficiency across operations, commercial and capital functions
  • Data Cleaning and Ownership
  • Working with the Business to drive Insight into Action
  • A development programme that builds on your commercial awareness, wider skills and development
  • Insights into Aviation and its impact and associated industries, including sustainability and commerciality

Do you have what we’re looking for?

  • Degree 2:1 or above in maths, engineering, computer science, operational research or other analytical related subjects (Achieved 2025 or predicted for 2026)
  • Strong coding skills e.g Python, SQL, Tableau, Databricks are desirable
  • Proficient in Excel skills
  • Strong communication skills to effectively communicate technical results to key stakeholders
  • Organisational skills; able to manage own workload to deliver against deadlines and targets
  • Commercial awareness; understands commercial impacts of operational processes
  • Logical problem solver
