Our team is seeking Data Analyst is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex data to provide actionable insights that support strategic business decisions. This role involves gathering data from various sources, identifying patterns and trends, and presenting findings in a meaningful way to stakeholders across the organization, while also playing a critical role in understanding organizational performance, identifying opportunities for improvement, and supporting the implementation of new products, services, and operational strategies.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and automate efficient data collection and transformation processes using tools such as SQL, Python, and ETL platforms
  • Design, build, and maintain relational databases and data systems, ensuring data integrity and performance optimization
  • Conduct data cleansing and quality assurance using Excel or specialized data-prep tools (e.g.,Power Query)
  • Analyze structured and unstructured data to identify trends, patterns, outliers, and actionable insights
  • Structure and query large datasets to extract relevant information for specific business questions or challenges
  • Develop and deliver reports and dashboards using Power BI or similar BI tools to support executive and operational decision-making
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to define data needs and KPIs aligned with strategic objectives
  • Maintain and enhance dynamic dashboards with visualizations such as charts, graphs, and tables for ongoing business monitoring
  • Partner with department leads to uncover operational inefficiencies and recommend data-backed solutions
  • Respond to ad-hoc reporting requests and analytical needs from various departments

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in a data analysis, business intelligence, or data engineering role
  • Proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (e.g., Python, R) for data manipulation and analysis
  • Demonstrated experience working with business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, Power Query, advanced formulas) and strong general proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to extract meaning from complex datasets and translate it into actionable insights
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-based, cross-functional environment with diverse stakeholders
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects, strong attention to detail, accuracy in analysis, reporting and documentation
  • Proactive, self-driven, and adaptable to evolving priorities or business needs as well as the ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
