As a Data Analyst, you will be a key player in transforming data into actionable insights that drive business decisions. You will have the opportunity to:Lead the creation of our data infrastructure from the ground up. Analyse large datasets to gain deep insights into user behaviour within our digital products, driving improvements in engagement and conversion. Collaborate with stakeholders and departments to prioritize data requirements, including the development of dashboards, KPIs, and monitoring OKRs. Design and analyse A/B tests to guide decision-making through experimentation. Define and measure business trade-offs to inform strategic decisions in uncertain situations.Qualifications:To excel in this role, you should have: Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analytics roles, preferably with experience in product teams, financial industry A strong understanding of Capital Markets operations. Proficiency in SQL for data gathering, aggregation, and manipulation. Experience with data analytics tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar, as well as user behaviour analysis tools such as Pendo, Heap, Post Hog, Mix panel, Hex, or Hotjar. Knowledge of statistical analysis and modelling tools such as Python and/or R is a distinct advantage. A degree, preferably in a numerate field such as economics, statistics, or engineering. Proven experience in owning end-to-end analytics projects that solve complex business problems.
