The Role

We’re looking for a Data Analyst to join our data team. As a member of our data team, you’ll be at the forefront of building an analytics culture across TryHackMe. You’ll play a pivotal role in delivering impactful insights, building scalable analytics solutions and lead the development and implementation of data analytics strategies to support the organisations growth. Responsibilities will include:



  • Deliver actionable insights in a fast-paced environment.
  • Own the end to end data analytics infrastructure, from data pipelines, warehousing, modelling and reporting.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into data-driven solutions.
  • Analyse company data to uncover trends, opportunities and areas for improvement.
  • Developing and maintaining data models to support analytics.
  • Create interactive dashboards and visualisations to effectively communicate insights.
  • Leverage product usage data to inform product strategies.
  • Championing data-driven decision making across the organisation and driving the advancement of analytical capabilities.

Skills & Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience working as a data engineer, analyst or analytics engineer.
  • Strong SQL skills are essential.
  • Demonstrable experience using visualisation tools, preferably Tableau.
  • Knowledge of data warehousing and modelling, preferably using dbt.
  • Experience in event-based analytics to measure user behaviour and conversion performance.
  • Knowledge of machine learning models & techniques preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Start-up experience preferred.
