We're looking for a Data Analyst to support our Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager and senior team in delivering high-quality performance reporting and data analysis across our diverse businesses, including hospitality, property, and estates.


In this role you will:



  • Prepare insightful performance and KPI reports (weekly, monthly, and ad hoc).
  • Work with the FP&A Manager to provide insights that drive strategic business decisions.
  • Help to improve and streamline reporting processes - including suggesting system improvements and delivering end-user training where appropriate.
  • Translate complex financials into meaningful visuals to support business decisions and tracking of financial performance.

This is a permanent role, working 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, and will be based from the Estate Office on the Chatsworth Estate.


Who we are looking for:

We welcome applications from candidates who are early in their data careers and have a recent degree, data analyst apprenticeship, or up to 2 years’ hands‑on experience in data collation, manipulation, and analysis (in any setting).


You must also enjoy collecting, analysing and turning complex financial and non‑financial data into clear, engaging visuals that support decision making. You must be creative, have excellent communications skills, and be familiar with PowerPoint to present data in such a way that makes it easy to digest for colleagues outside the Finance Team.


The ability to work across multiple systems and manage data from various sources is a must, as are advanced Excel skills. If you have experience with Power BI or Tableau this would be an advantage.


You will have a proactive, collaborative mind‑set and be someone who enjoys problem‑solving and contributing to a team.
