As we enter into our key phase of growth, we are looking for a highly driven data analyst that is, like the rest of the team, a perfect blend of technical capabilities and business focus. You will work on an exciting range of projects, use a variety of data tools, and have a direct impact on our clients’ products and customers. You will learn and grow with our team and our clients.


What You Will Do

This is a great opportunity for anyone keen to build a broad knowledge of analytics and its immediate impact on company growth and profitability. You will be working with some of the most inspirational teams on a wide range of projects. There are no 2 clients alike but here are some of the common tasks:



  • Advise clients on high-ROI data use cases and create implementation roadmaps to get to business values quickly and expand iteratively.
  • Gather business requirements and create data dictionaries that guide the project delivery.
  • Design and build efficient data models to surface business insights efficiently.
  • Implement testing to ensure trust and integrity of the data pipelines.
  • Collaborate with the data engineering team on the deployment and maintenance of data architectures.


Analytics


  • Deliver automated dashboards using various visualisation tools.
  • In-depth analyses on a wide range of topics around customer behaviours.


Don’t worry if some of the above looks unfamiliar yet. You will be supported by some of the sharpest minds in data and analytics. If you are confident in 50% of them, we will help you grow to 100%!


Who You Are
Experience & Education


  • A degree or master’s level education, ideally within a quantitative discipline (e.g., Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics).
  • 2-5 years in an analytics or engineering role.
  • Experience analysing data to drive business impact.


Strategic Skills


  • Business-focused and ability to produce actionable insights.
  • Organised, collaborative and ability to deliver projects in a timely fashion.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Ability to work confidently with large datasets, understanding relationships, cardinality, and data quality issues.


Technical Skills


  • Advanced SQL skills essential.
  • Experience with visualisation tools, such as Metabase, Tableau, Looker and PowerBi.
  • Knowledge of dbt.
  • Familiarity with data warehouses like BigQuery, Snowflake and Redshift.
  • Knowledge in another programming language such as Python or R or a keen desire to develop programming skills.


Other Skills


  • Strong ability and desire to learn.
  • Fluency in any of the European languages is a plus.
