A Typical Day in the Job:
Use tools like Power BI, SQL and Excel to extract and work with data, with opportunities to learn new technologies such as Microsoft Fabric.
Support a range of client projects by creating reports across different industries, such as retail, insurance and finance.
Build clear and engaging dashboards and reports using visuals, tables and interactive features.
Identify trends and patterns in data to help clients understand performance.
Turn data insights into simple, practical recommendations for clients.
Work with different stakeholder groupsincluding product owners, managers and senior leadersto understand what they need from their reports.
Present findings and recommendations using Power BI and occasionally PowerPoint.
Follow GDPR and data protection guidelines when handling all client information.
Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge

An interest in Data Analytics.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
Be proactive and self sufficient.
Grade 5 in GCSE Maths and Grade 4 in GCSE English.
Salary, Hours?&?Benefits:
£15,000-£18,000 per annum.
Monday to Friday 9am-5pm.
28 days annual leave including Bank Holidays.
Company pension scheme.
Hybrid working available.
