This role supports the Data Science Supervisor integrating analytics code to Databricks and Spark, developing scalable workflows, and managing Power BI Fabric workspaces. The analyst collaborates closely with report creators and functional teams to ensure data consistency, improve report performance, and promote best practices in visualization and dashboard development. The Power BI Analyst also helps train team members and supports cross-functional data initiatives to drive informed decision-making in brewing, packaging, sales, and operations.What's In It For YouWe’re committed to our employees and work hard to prove it. Support Data Infrastructure and Analytics DevelopmentAssist in migrating legacy analytics and reporting code into Databricks notebooks using SparkSupport management and organization of Power BI Fabric workspaces, datasets, and dataflowsWrite, optimize, and document SQL queries for use in reporting and analysisCollaborate with the Data Scientist to support scalable data transformations and pipelines Report Optimization and GovernanceReview and enhance existing Power BI reports for performance, usability, and standardizationEnsure data models follow the best practices for usability and refresh efficiencyHelp define and maintain shared datasets and measure definitions across teamsSupport report lifecycle management and change control within Power BI Data Quality and IntegrityIdentify data issues and work with data owners to resolve inconsistencies or gapsConduct QA checks on new and existing reports and dashboardsMonitor refreshes, access, and performance of Power BI workspaces Training and CollaborationPartners with functional teams (e.g., brewing, sales, packaging) to understand reporting needs and propose solutionsTrain business users on Power BI functionality, including data modeling, visuals, and best practicesProvide documentation, templates, and how-to materials to empower self-service reporting
 
 

Please Apply if You HaveBachelor's Degree Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or any combination of education and/or experience from which comparable knowledge, skills, and abilities have been achieved required and4 years in a data analyst role, preferably in a manufacturing or operations-focused environment required and4 years Experience with SQL and Power BI required and1 year Snowflake and Nielsen data requiredUnderstanding of time-series data, production KPIs, and supply chain metricsUnderstanding of ETL/ELT workflows and data quality managementFamiliarity with AI/ML tools and Large Language Models (LLMs), particularly for data insight generation, natural language querying, or automated report development.Strong communication and problem-solving abilitiesCollaborative mindset with a willingness to learn and teachComfortable working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
