We are currently seeking a skilled Data Analyst to deliver high-quality analysis, insights, and reporting that inform strategic decisions and drive organisational performance. This role is pivotal in transforming complex data into actionable intelligence to support member growth, operational efficiency, and financial sustainability.


What will you do?

  • This is an interesting and varied role. The successful candidate will collect, clean, and analyse data from multiple systems (CRM, finance, membership, digital engagement).
  • Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance metrics for leadership and operational teams.
  • Support the development of FSB's data strategy, governance, and analytical capability.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Commercial, and Policy teams to interpret data and identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Provide ad-hoc analysis for projects, business cases, and strategic initiatives.
  • Maintain data documentation and definitions (data dictionary, data lineage).
  • Promote a data-informed culture across the organisation.

Who are we looking for?

  • Proven experience in data analysis, modelling, and visualisation.
  • Experience with CRM and financial systems (e.g., Salesforce, Certinia/FinancialForce).
  • Strong proficiency in Tableau and ETL workflows (e.g., Tableau Prep).
  • Ability to communicate technical findings clearly to stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Curious, analytical thinker with problem‑solving skills.
  • Collaborative team player with excellent communication.
  • Proactive and self‑motivated, able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Passionate about supporting small businesses and FSB's mission.
