Graduate Data Analyst – Financial & Legal Data Modelling


£25,000–£35,000 + Bonus | Full-time | Central London (Office-based)

We’re working exclusively with a high-performing boutique analytics consultancy that supports legal teams in major commercial disputes. They’re now hiring aGraduate Data Analystto join their expert team and play a key role inquantifying financial losses, analysing large datasets, and helping deliver evidence-based reports for high-profile cases.


This is a unique opportunity for anumerically gifted graduateto launch their career in an intellectually stimulating and genuinely commercial role. Combining elements of data science, statistical modelling, and financial analytics.


🧠What you’ll be working on:

  • Reviewing incomplete, inconsistent datasets and making assumptions to fill data gaps
  • Preparing clear, auditable Excel-based reports to support financial claims
  • Writing compelling client-facing reports that communicate your analysis effectively
  • Collaborating with external parties including law firms, suppliers, and data providers
  • Using Excel, Word and statistical tools to deliver high-quality work under time pressure


Ideal candidate profile:

  • Recent graduate (or final-year student) with a2:1 or abovein aquantitative degree
  • Strong academic track record – target universities includeWarwick (MORSE), Imperial, Kings College, LSE, Oxford, or Cambridge
  • Exceptional numerical skills and strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable working withincomplete or messy data
  • Proficient inMicrosoft Excel(logical functions, pivot tables, lookups etc.)
  • Bonus: exposure toPython,R, or other statistical tools


🔎Interview process:

  • Stage 1: 10-minute intro interview with the team
  • Stage 2: In-person 2-hour interview with acase study and presentation
  • Interviews will begin inearly July, with apreference for candidates who can start immediately


💼The offer:

  • Salary: £25,000 – £35,000 depending on experience
  • Full-time,office-based role in Central London
  • Immediate start preferred (but not essential for strong candidates)
