Position: Data Analyst


Company: Dwellant – Home based – UK


Working Hours: Monday to Friday 37.5 hours a week

Contract: 6 Month FTC

The Position

We are looking for a proactive and analytical Data Analyst to support a major digital transformation programme. Reporting directly to the CFO of Market Services, you will play a key role in managing the transition of customer, pricing, and commercial data into new, interconnected sales and financial systems. Your insights will help shape the accuracy, efficiency, and reliability of our commercial reporting during a critical period of growth.


This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on data, enjoys problem-solving, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where precision and ownership are essential.


Duties will include:

  • Support the migration of data into new sales and financial systems, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and end-to-end completeness
  • Validate data flows and ensure billing is accurate, timely, and efficient
  • Own and deliver commercial reporting, analysis, and commentary
  • Contribute to Monthly Business Reports, forecasting, and ad-hoc reporting during the transition phase
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance KPI reporting across commercial operation

Experience required:

We’re looking for an individual who brings both expertise and curiosity:



  • Strong understanding of sales data, pricing structures, and commercial drivers
  • Ability to analyse large datasets while maintaining clarity on the wider business context
  • A naturally inquisitive mindset, passionate about turning data into actionable insights
  • Confident operating within a matrix organisation
  • A proactive self-starter with a can-do attitude
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experience with HubSpot reporting is highly advantageous
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics financials is a plus
