We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a permanent Data Analyst in All Saints House, Lodge Road, Winson Green, Birmingham B18 5BJ.


The standard hours of work are 37.5 per week, Monday to Friday, working in a well located office with public transport links, plus we can offer a hybrid working model with a minimum of 2 days per week in the office.


Join our vibrant, inclusive community in Ministry of Justice (MoJ) account working on Facilities Management, delivering critical services for prisonsthat make a real positive impact across the UK.


At Amey, we’re supporting our justice client, His Majesty’s Prison and Probation Service (HMPPS) by providing them with safe, clean and efficient prisons.By using our facilities management expertise, we help keep 60 secure premises across England and Wales running smoothly.


What you will do:

  • Provide support with data management from various sources, including 3rd party supply partners
  • Analyse data for both Amey and the client, building and maintaining Power BI reports to be used across the account to set KPIs
  • Support stakeholders in supplying meaningful dashboards to track KPIs and targets, which will be used to monitor performance and drive business improvements.
  • Work both independently and as part of a team to share best practice and work across dashboards together

What you will bring:

  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Working knowledge of Power BI – DAX and Power Query
  • Data visualisation and communication skills
  • Relevant IT qualification(s) are required
  • Proven experience in building dashboards would be beneficial
