Role Overview
Join a pioneering environmental services company as a Data Analyst in the Cannock area. As the Data Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing operational efficiency through the integration of a new business system. Your expertise will be crucial in migrating legacy data into cutting-edge platforms, ensuring a seamless transition and enabling informed decision-making.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Your duties as the Data Analyst will be varied, however, the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:
1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and ensure the successful integration of the new business system.
2. Extract and analyse data from existing SQL databases, identifying key insights to support the transition process.
3. Design and develop intuitive Power BI reports and dashboards that provide actionable intelligence to stakeholders.
4. Maintain data integrity and accuracy during the migration process, troubleshooting any issues that arise.
Role Requirements
ROLE REQUIREMENTS:
To be successful in your application to this engaging role as the Data Analyst, our client is looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:
1. Relevant degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in data analysis and manipulation using SQL.
3. Proficiency in creating reports and visualisations with Power BI.
4. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
