We have an exciting new opportunity as a Data Analyst for one of our global tech clients. We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Data Analyst to join our team and play a crucial role in supporting our client. You'll also need to be an all rounder as some days are never alike! You will be responsible for providing data-driven insights and reporting that help shape our field marketing strategies and drive success for our client’s products and services.

Your Package

A salary £36,000 + 10% performance bonus

22 days paid holiday + bank holidays + buy & sell holiday option

12 month fixed term contract, working Monday-Friday

Your role

Gain a deep understanding of our client’s business objectives and how Gekko's field marketing activities contribute to their success

Become the main point of contact for all data and insight requests including weekly reports, mystery shop reports, compliance audits, and ad-hoc analyses

Produce high-quality insights based on sales data, anecdotal feedback, and field observations to accurately reflect and summarise field activity

Work closely with the client and internal teams to ensure the timely delivery of insightful and actionable reports

Lead and maintain the development of the field teams call files and KPI tracking

Identify and discuss potential improvements in company systems to enhance data collection and reporting capabilities

Provide training and support to field teams on data collection and reporting processes

Be responsible for ensuring quality compliance with existing field teams with experience in SQL and cloud data platforms like BigQuery. For reporting, experience with data visualisation software (PowerBI, Looker Studio), plus Google Drive and Excel.
