What you’ll be doing
  • Analyse customer behaviour, competitor activity, and market trends to identify gaps and opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver monthly sales and margin reports for senior managers.
  • Present findings in a clear, actionable way to support decision-making.
  • Maintain and update accurate product information within internal systems.
  • Support digital activity by ensuring products and data are well-presented and discoverable online.
  • Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, IT, Supply Chain, and Product Development teams to provide the insight they need.
What we’re looking for
  • Experience in a data or product analyst role (B2B background desirable).
  • Strong analytical skills and confidence in interpreting and presenting data.
  • Proficiency in Excel and/or BI tools; knowledge Shopify a plus.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and commercial awareness.
  • Strong communicator, able to present findings to senior stakeholders.

  • Able to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
