As a Consultant within our Data & Enterprise Architecture you will be responsible for collecting, processing, and analysing data, engaging with business subject matter experts and projects teams to support the clients HR & Finance transformation programmes. This role involves working with large datasets, identifying trends, and presenting actionable insights to stakeholders – you must be comfortable working with excel and other data tools.


Description:

  • Gather data from multiple sources, such as internal databases, external APIs, and third-party tools.
  • Clean, validate, and transform raw data into usable formats.
  • Maintain and update databases to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
  • Perform statistical analysis to identify patterns, trends, and correlations.
  • Conduct deep dives into specific business problems to provide recommendations based on data insights and solutions.
  • Create dashboards, reports, and data visualisations using tools like Power BI, or Excel.
  • Present findings to stakeholders clearly and concisely.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Technology, HR and Finance.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards.


Skills Required:

  • Previous experience in a data role.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
  • Knowledge of ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong presentation skills, both written and verbal; able to describe complex technical problems to a variety of audiences
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Programming skills in Python, R, or other analytical tools (nice to have)
  • Familiarity with statistical methods and machine learning algorithms (nice to have)
