Job Title : Data Analyst - Technology Transformation (Fixed Term Contract) Location : London - Hybrid/Flexible Working Contract Type : Daily Rate Contract Our client is embarking on an exciting end-to-end technology transformation retiring from one system and moving onto another. To support this ambitious program of work, we are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our dynamic transformation team on a fixed-term contract basis . Key Responsibilities As the Data Analyst, you will play a key role in analysing and interpreting complex data sets to support strategic business decisions during the transformation. Your primary responsibilities will include: Data Collection & Management : Gather, cleanse, and manage large datasets from various sources to support project objectives. Data Analysis & Reporting : Conduct in-depth analyses to provide insights that guide decision-making during the technology transformation. Stakeholder Engagement : Collaborate with key stakeholders, including IT, project managers, and business leaders, to understand data requirements and deliver insights. Performance Tracking : Develop and maintain dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and the overall impact of the transformation. Data Visualisation : Present complex data in an accessible, visually compelling manner to non-technical stakeholders. Skills & Experience We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Data Analyst with a proven track record of delivering data-driven insights from end to end. To succeed in this role you will need: Experience : Minimum 3-5 years in a data analysis role, preferably with experience supporting technology transformation or large-scale projects end to end Technical Skills : Experience of SQL, Scripting, Data Mining Techniques to carry out data extraction from source of core legacy system Experience with ETL within a iPaaS environment is essential Knowledge of Semarchy, Informatica and Salesforce Desirable Analytical Mindset : Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail to interpret and present data effectively. Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
