We are partnered with a high-growth SaaS organisation in the Energy sector who are growing their in-house data analyst team.


They are seeking a business-orientedData Analystto join theTransformation Management Office.This role is focused on using data to drive informed business decisions and support key transformation initiatives, including a major integration programme.


This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys using data to solve real business problems and wants to play a meaningful role in organisational change.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse and interpret data to support strategic decision-making and process improvement
  • Deliver insights related to a large-scale business integration project
  • Work closely with stakeholders across various business units
  • Develop and present clear, actionable reports using Power BI or Python
  • Contribute to the success of the Shared Services transformation workstream


Requirements:

  • Proficiency inPythonorPower BI
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate complex information in a business-friendly way
  • Experience working in transformation or change programmes is an advantage
