Iconic Resourcing are partnering with a leading global aviation organisation to recruit a AP Data Analyst on a temporary basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, supporting processes, and ensuring supplier relationships run smoothly.


What You’ll Do

  • Review, update, and validate vendor master data in SAP or similar ERP systems.
  • Liaise with suppliers to collect required compliance documentation and resolve discrepancies.
  • Work closely with Accounts Payable, Procurement, and Compliance teams to ensure timely and accurate payments.
  • Maintain clear, audit‑ready records of all communications and updates.
  • Identify and escalate potential data or compliance issues.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Experience in Accounts Payable, Vendor Relations, or Master Data Management.
  • Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
  • Understanding of vendor compliance/KYV/KYC processes is a plus.
